Merry Christmas 2020!
It’s Christmas Eve 2020 and I am sure you all have many things to take care of today so I will keep this message short and to the point.
First, I would like to thank all of you for reading, watching, sharing, and commenting on these posts; without you, there would be no need for this.
Next, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and to enjoy the time you can with those you can; even if that means you can’t do or see all that you would have wished for, be grateful for what you do have.
Last but not least, be certain to have a message on your voicemail indicating you availability this weekend. I expect there to be some, if not a good deal of activity on the 26th & 27th, so don’t be surprised if there is work to do on Monday catching up! It’s also important that you spend Monday through Wednesday connecting with referral partners, clients who are either looking or in contract, to let them know your availability or update status. January 2nd & 3rd will likely be even more active than this weekend so a little preparation is in order!
Next week we will be connecting to share some information about our new designation we are rolling out, the “Certified Residential Lending Specialist” which we will begin issuing by the end of January. If you are a current client and meet the qualifications, you will get yours automatically once we complete the verification process. If you are a past client, we will also verify your qualifications and send you your certificate as well.
